With TruMasters, you have only one number to call and one low monthly bill to pay. We deal with contractors and we get the jobs done.
I already have a lawn service. Can I still use TruMasters for other things?
Absolutely. Our plans are completely customized based on your specific needs. Many homeowners choose comprehensive plans covering everything, but you can choose exactly the services you need and none you don't.
I already have a home warranty. Isn't that the same thing?
No. A home warranty replaces appliances and systems in your home after they have been damaged. TruMasters Management Packages are designed to prevent damage and failures to your equipment, extending their life spans. Other TruMasters services deal with things a home warranty does not, such as lawn care, house cleaning, holiday decorating, pool service, etc.
How much does your service cost?
Our plans are customized based
on your specific needs, and prices vary depending on the type and number of services you require, the size of your
home and other factors. After a free
in-home consultation, we will be able to provide you with the exact price of your specific plan.
If I have an emergency as a TruMasters customer, what do I do?
If your plan covers emergencies, we’ll provide you with a special number to call and we will take care of the problem.
How do I know you won't recommend unnecessary repairs?
Our company is founded on providing professional, reliable and trustworthy service to our customers. As part of that, we've set up our company so that we don't perform major repairs to your home and have no financial interest in the repair work we recommend. This avoids any conflict of interest so you can rest assured that the recommended repairs are truly needed.
